For South African postage I highly recommend the Post Office Speedbag Counter to Counter Service.
Postage & Packaging for this option is R60, and you will receive the item/s the day
after sending (Packaged in a beautifully presented box)
For this option, I will please need your nearest post office details (name & branch code) - but do please note that I do not post everyday - but I will let you know exactly when I will send, by email.

For overseas customers, I ship registered airmail, which is R50 (approx. $7-8). This normally takes 2 weeks. If you need something more urgently, please contact me, but courier fees are quite hefty!!
With regards to payment, for local orders I prefer internet transfers, but I do accept Paypal for international orders (let me know, and I can send you a payment request) :)
